BALEA SEALE 7x19

Wire rope specially designed and manufactured for bottom trawl fishing. Manufactured with AISI 316 quality stainless steel wires, it has a higher protection against corrosion than other wire ropes. The 7x19 SEALE construction makes this wire rope to be very compact, with a much higher abrasion resistance than standard wire ropes. Moreover, with the thick yarns on the outer layers, we gain a higher abrasion resistance and it delays wire breakage (spikes), while the fine yarns of the inside layer increase the fatigue resistance.

The SEALE construction of the strands, along with its steel core, provides the wire rope a great resistance against flattening, which is a common cause of the premature wear of wire ropes.
